Our Approach
With offices across the UK and Europe, for many years now this long-standing client has relied upon the expertise and creativity of MDC Group to push expectations and boundaries creating environments that are both exciting and ‘out there’ whilst also proving functional and durable. As the leading warranty specialists, the office design and main breakout space needed to engage people’s senses and inspire them.
We worked closely with the client to understand their people and what they felt they needed to improve in the staff areas, with particular focus on the ‘fun’ spaces. With this we challenged the business to initiate a “give-back” and allow the staff to work with our design team to create their very own custom graffiti wall! The new office creates an impact with colour coding on every level and lockers for users to promote an agile workspace. The breakout area embodies fun, and a complete contrast to the more formal meeting room facilities, all designed and built by MDC Group.
The layout of the office has helped encourage a great atmosphere in the space that matches the corporate yet collaborative culture at D&G and ensured their business for the foreseeable future now housing almost 1000 members of staff!
